Thank you everybody!  Wow, what a first annual Oktoberfest!  I have never seen so many people in McKinney Square at the same time.  I can only imagine next year’s Oktoberfest.  If you didn’t make it out, things got going about 11am and the square was packed, with people still arriving, when I left at 10pm.

From all the downtown merchants, thank you Ty Lake and Merry Caroline Canter.  These two ladies are 100% responsible for raising the funds, planning the event, and executing the event. We appreciate your efforts.
